Grease traps and local food service businesses
Hebron runs its own treatment works, and Chapter 933 of the village code sets the rules for sewer use and pretreatment, including prohibited discharges.
The chapter is aimed mainly at industrial users, but kitchen grease is still a discharge the village cares about. Schedule service before the unit is badly loaded and keep each invoice and manifest from the hauler on file.

Local grease trap requirements
Hebron is not on the Columbus sewer contract list. Sewer service comes from the Village of Hebron, which runs its own water reclamation facility, so the Columbus grease rules do not apply.
Ask that office what it requires for your trap or interceptor before you set a service schedule, and keep the hauler's record from every visit.

Common grease trap questions
How often do Hebron restaurants need grease trap pumping?
It depends on trap size, menu and volume, along with local requirements. Village rules require interceptors to be kept in continuously efficient operation at the owner's expense. Confirm the expected pumping interval with the village before setting a schedule. A provider can measure your trap and suggest a schedule.
Do providers serving Hebron handle in-ground interceptors?
Many do. Tell the provider whether you have an indoor trap or an outdoor interceptor, and its size if you know it, so they can confirm they have the right equipment. Call to check availability.
Who will I be speaking to when I call?
A short automated prompt asks for your ZIP code, then routes your call to an independent grease trap service provider covering Hebron. We are a connection service and do not perform the work. The provider you speak with sets the price, schedule and terms.
